Postal Code Tab
Adding postal codes to your association is optional. This feature restricts registration to participants who live in the specified postal code areas. You can set up or modify these postal codes at any time. Additionally, the registrar can allow registrations from outside the designated postal code areas if needed.

Adding or removing postal codes is based on the roles and permissions you have been granted.

To add postal codes to an organization, click Add.
Â
Enter the province, city, and partial or leave blank to find all.
Click on Search

Select the desired postal codes or click on Select All if you wish to select all postal codes.
Then click on Add.
To modify or delete postal codes, click on the three small blue dots to the left of the first three characters of the postal code.
Select the desired option, either Edit or Delete.
You can add or delete postal codes to the organization by clicking on Edit.

Clicking on Delete, the system will ask you to confirm the suppression of the postal codes.

If you find that your organization is missing postal codes or cities, contact your regional or provincial organization so that changes can be made.
