Cancelling and editing an installment

***This currently only applies to transactions that were created online with credit card payments

To edit an installment date, you must go to the member profile, choose the transaction tab.

Choose the transaction you wish to edit the installment date

In the side panel, you will now see a blue pen which will permit you to edit the date.

To cancel all future installments, it is not mandatory to cancel the registration anymore.

Open the member profile, choose the transaction tab, select the transaction you wish to cancel the installments on. In the side panel, choose action and cancel installments.

 

Then, you will see in the transaction tab, the cancelled installments
