Forethought AI agent in Spordle ID

Forethought is an AI assistant designed to help Spordle ID users find answers to their questions directly within the Spordle ID platform. To access it, look for a small red chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your screen. Click on the bubble to ask any Spordle ID-related question, and the AI will provide answers by drawing from our documentation and previously resolved support tickets. If the response doesn’t fully address your issue, you can easily submit a support ticket to our help desk through the chat bubble. This process also helps our team enhance and refine the documentation for future users.

Automatically open all organization to competition

We've modified the code so that when a competition is created, all organizations automatically have access to it by default. It is no longer necessary to select participating organizations. However, if you select some of them, only those will have access to the competition.

Clinic attendee status column

We are removing the Clinic Status column in the Clinic attendee tab and the qualification tab. This column was creating a lot of confusion and was not connected to the proper qualification status. We no longer show that column and we will now show a status only for the qualification.

Clinic attendee report

We added the phone number as one of the column in the clinic attendee report.
