Reset scoresheet (all sports)

  • It is now possible to reset a scoresheet. However, this option can only be used when a game has not yet been certified.

  • Only league managers will have access to reset a game sheet.

  • Officials' assignments will not be affected, but everything else will be reset as if the game had just been created.

Note: This action is irreversible, so undoing the reset is impossible.

  • To reset the game, select the game and click on the Scoresheet tab.

  • Then click the three small dots on the right and select Reset game sheet.

 

Assigning Settings (all sports)

Select the games whose settings you want to change and click on Set Assigning Settings in the blue band.

A window, will appear, allowing you to modify the following parameters:

  • Officiating System

  • Pay Structure

  • Game Status

  • Minimum Referee Level

  • Minimum Scorekeeper Level

  • Minimum Age

 

 

Notifications (all sports)

  • Default notifications will no longer be sent to members whose role or permission has been removed.

  • When you add a contact to your profile, an option has been added to indicate whether or not you wish to receive notifications. The contact does not necessarily have to be primary, allowing notifications to be sent to multiple contacts in the account.

 

Correction of suspension duration type (all sports)

  • It is now impossible to change the type of suspension (definite or indefinite) for an automatic suspension. Only the status can be changed.

 

Pay Structure (all sports)

  • The rules for pay structures have been corrected to apply according of the rules of time for games.

  • When modifying a pay structure, the system will validate whether it is being used for games already assigned. A message will appear telling you how to create a new structure and archive the old one.

 

Line-up validation (all sports)

The line-up validation process has been improved so that the system can validate whether or not players can be added to the scoresheet before they are checked in the line-up.

For example, if a player has an administrative suspension, the system will validate that he cannot be added to the scoresheet.

 

Confirmation of deletion (all sports)

When you delete an item (practice, game, etc.), a confirmation window will appear, allowing you to make sure that the item is to be deleted.

 

Availability display (all sports)

The display of availabilities or unavailabilities in the calendars of venues, organizations, and officials) has been corrected to display time slots in list form when there are more than two.

 

Field or rink split (all sports)

An alert message will appear in a blue band to let you know you are working on the field or rink split page.

 

Official - Match filter

When an official defines the venues where he is available in his availability settings, the match list will only display the venues he has selected in his settings.

 

Registration list (all sports)

  • An organization's list of registrations can now import a file with more than 250 registrations at a time.

 

Forfeit score display (all sports)

  • The default score for forfeit games is now displayed in the scoresheet.

 

Display games on the team page (Hockey)

  • For organizations not yet using Spordle Page, the display of games on the site has been modified to show the next 5 to 10 games. The Show Upcoming and Show All options have been added at the bottom of the page.

 

Penalty display correction (Baseball)

  • The word penalty has been corrected to ejection.

 

Score display (Baseball)

  • Correction of the display of the away and home teams in the score entry box on the scoresheet.
