Quick assign official list
To speed up the quick assignment process, assigners can now select an assigning office and choose their official list directly from the Game List. Selecting an official list will pre-filter the dropdown menus during the assignment process.
Documentation related : Assignment Procedures | Quick assignment method
Delegate multiples positions
Previously, when you delegated a position, your selected games would be unselected upon submission, making it challenging to delegate assignments to multiple positions within an office.
We have now added the ability to select multiple positions simultaneously when delegating assignments to another office. Additionally, the selected games will remain selected upon submission, so you won't have to re-find the games to delegate them to another office.
Â
Â
Adding historical suspensions on suspensions
It is now possible to view a suspension history in the player profile.
Â
Â
Ability to change official once the game is certified ( branch officiel setting level)
As an assigner, you might know that a referee canceled at the last minute or got replaced. Even if the game was certified (often because the league needs to publish the scores), the assigner should still be able to modify the assignment to ensure the correct referee gets paid.
Ability to upload files on official claims
As a referee, you can now upload files (images and PDF documents) to your claim request. You must initially make a claim and then re-open it to add a document.
Â
Office Setting to remove official assignments ONLY when date changes
This introduces a new feature: currently, if a game is rescheduled (field, time, or date), the officials are automatically removed from the game.
A new setting has been added to modify this behavior. Now, officials will only be removed if the DATE changes. If only the time or field changes, but not the date, the officials will remain assigned to the game.
Â
Â
Move deprecated rulebook card into rulebook tab for new seasons
The rulebook was previously located in your office Settings tab. Now we've added a tab dedicated solely to the rulebook , where you'll find all the different points relating to this subject.
Side inherited permissions for offices and schedules
Permission inheritance typically involves permissions being passed down from a parent entity to its child entities. "Side inherited permissions" likely refers to a scenario where permissions are not only inherited vertically (from parent to child) but also shared horizontally among entities at the same level. We are fixing slowly this because it could cause problems. We started with the schedules.
Removing add roster if team is synched from Spordle ID
If a team is synchronized with Spordle ID, it is no longer possible to add members directly in Spordle PLAY. The only exception is when creating an external team for a tournament.
Season view weekdays-date filtering
Season view now has additional filters on the calendar to only load events between specific dates and view events on certain days of the week.
